It was excellent.
We had an issue that was not anyone fault and the Value rent a van accepted to split the cost half with us. I really appreciated that
I like that I can leave my own car for free in their parking lot while renting a van. That is a good idea

This rental company is the best
Value rental car use to be my #1 car rental dealer but after what they did to me it’s terrible,The price I did my recevation online was not honored, they told me a different price when I get to the counter, I rent the car for a week but I keep it for 3 days but instead of giving me the rest of the money back they raise up the rate $150 per day which is crazy, and their math was all wrong they can’t even tell u where the charges came from... I will never ever set my foot to that rental car no
The rental process was fast and easy. The person who attended was professional and courteous, I had ask for a non smoking van since 10 out of 12 has allergies, they really tried there best effort to accommodate my needs and indeed they did !!! It made our family vacation the best ever ride for 20 hours one way (40 hrs total) to teach our destination, imagine that!!! So happy. Thumbs up to the Union Value Rental Agency!!! Good Job!!!
