Website said we could pick up at Newark , office said no Newark site closed down . Had to commute and extra half hour .
Staff could not be bothered to wait while we gave them our insurance details and we were presssured to buy insurance through them . Cost us an extra $300. Had car for only 5 days but charged insurance for the full seven days .
Nice workers, very busy, but seem to take care of everyone, and phone calls, all at the same time.
I have used value auto rental in the past. And like my experience before. They exceeded my expectations and needs for renting a van..

It was good overall. I was able to book the car online but later got s message that the car is not available. If the website can change the feature to not allow booking if no cars are present it would be a great improvement.
Everything at this location was good
Very friendly staff. Vehicle (car rental) was slightly more beat up (interior and exterior) than I would have liked but overall it was a good value for the price, especially considering the other major car rental places wanted nearly twice the amount I paid. Of note they do require proof of insurance at pickup and will call your insurance company to confirm. Additionally they do require a substantial deposit for the car rental ($200) that will be reimbursed upon return.
