It was good overall. I was able to book the car online but later got s message that the car is not available. If the website can change the feature to not allow booking if no cars are present it would be a great improvement.
Everything at this location was good
Very friendly staff. Vehicle (car rental) was slightly more beat up (interior and exterior) than I would have liked but overall it was a good value for the price, especially considering the other major car rental places wanted nearly twice the amount I paid. Of note they do require proof of insurance at pickup and will call your insurance company to confirm. Additionally they do require a substantial deposit for the car rental ($200) that will be reimbursed upon return.

Great customer service
I rented over a long weekend and the rental was not open on Monday BUT the key was dropped. There should be a discount half for the day or something if you bring it back when they are closed. There are security cameras, so you would know when the person dropped off the vehicle..

We rented the 12 passenger van which we nicknamed the Silver Bullet to drive us down to our daughter's graduation from Clemson University! It was the best move we ever made. The van was clean and new. The service was fantastic and it provided us with room comfort and the ability to move many from point A to B. Will definitely use this company again. It really made our trip stress free!
