Nice cars, great staffs
Not good experience upon returning the car, regretted having used the agency, the rental terms changed and ended costing me more than anticipated.
I learned this is a family run business. The location is close to the airport and they provide pick up and drop off at the airport in the same car you rent. Nice touch!
Great service, execellent Ford Transit high top/extended van. Dvd audio did not work properly but, overall, vehicle worked/ran properly. Would definitely rent from them again.

This was the first rented passenger van from Value Auto Rental, Union, NJ. I, along with my 7 other friends and family, was very satisfied with this van, which provide plenty cargo space and the ride was very comfortable, and most importantly, the value exceeded more than I expected than those major rental car companies. I will definitely rent from them in the future.

Rented a 12 passenger van, amazed on how great it was on gas, traveled from Newark to Niagara falls on a full tank...very pleased with the rental. Would definitely recommend this to anyone and would be renting from here again.
