While the customer service was satisfactory, I would not recommend this car rental location for vans to anyone because we had issues with cockroaches inside and outside the vehicle. They CS rep kindly changed our van after we realized they brakes sounded off and my husband saw roaches crawling in the crevices inside the van. We were given another 15 passenger van and killed 3 roaches before we left, we would buying roach spray. This is unacceptable for the price you are paying to rent.
Rate was higher at pickup, but they did honor my online quote at the time of the reservation.

They failed to notify me of change in pickup time. So, I had to wait there for an hour.
Received a different car than the one reserved, but the car was in the same class, comfortable, and clean. Pick-up was about fifteen minutes late.

Love the fact they have large capacity van rentals.
I rented a 15 passenger van. The van was clean on the outside but terrible on the inside. All 15 seats were filled with stains. Very disgusting to look at. They should taken a little more time to clean seats. I will rent never rent from this company again.
