Staff is the best. They should all get raises
Loved the 15 passenger vehicle. Pickup and drop off was easy. Staff was friendly. We had a 2018 Fort Transit. Very roomy. Not for luggage tho so we had to pack less clothes.

Rented ford transit 12 seater and had an amazing expirience.
When I first came to pick up the vehicle, they tried to give me 2 other vehicles that were damaged, prior to the 3rd which was in perfect condition.
The vehicle I received was involved in an accident, the passenger side was missing a panel and was scrapped up. Besides that the experience of renting with them was no hassle, although I should have asked to lower the quote due to the car being in an accident.
I placed an online reservation one month prior to pick up and was upset when I called the office to confirm my pick up only to be told that there was no record of the reservation, even with a computer generated confirmation that was emailed to me. The agent on the phone was less that professional or helpful. This caused an inconvenience; as I was supposed to be traveling out if town that day. Thankfully, the office manager was able to accommodate me by giving an upgrade at the same rate.
