I placed an online reservation one month prior to pick up and was upset when I called the office to confirm my pick up only to be told that there was no record of the reservation, even with a computer generated confirmation that was emailed to me. The agent on the phone was less that professional or helpful. This caused an inconvenience; as I was supposed to be traveling out if town that day. Thankfully, the office manager was able to accommodate me by giving an upgrade at the same rate.

Good experience renting the van, as vehicle ran very well. However, the side strip was broken to start with. Good value for
money, but staff may serve with smile. Office environment was tense while renting.

Pictures need to be more accurate on the website. Not very easy to tell the trunk space and which vehicle is shown online.
We booked 8 passenger van and they gave us 12 passenger van for the same rate. Had extra 4 seats to relax and comfortable.

We had a really good experience dealing with your company. The 15 seater van was in excellent condition, we thought it was brand new. The staff was very helpful and easy to do business with and the rate was the cheapest around the area. We had the best deal for our money. We highly recommend this company.
