Im no satisfied with vehicle.
Rented a 15 passenger van for our family vacation to Florida, should have rented a luxury van instead. The ride was very uncomfortable, nothing to do with the van, we just didn't choose wisely. Next time we will definitely rent the luxury van!

My experience with Value Rental was very professional and thorough. They even have a process in place to make sure a customer has insurance to operate their vehicles.

The photo and description did not match the vehicle. It said 15 seats and individual reclining. When I got there the reservation was for 12 seater. Luckily the gentleman gave me the 15 seater but not what I expected. Since I had no choice I had to take the van. I hope it was an oversight.
Everything about the rental was on point: deice at front counter, the vehicle, and the price. It was worth driving an hour north to save $200 then quoted from a closer facility. We are already planning on renting for our next family trip. We had plenty of room and the vehicle was extremely clean!
