The van althougj brand new lacked vup holders for 12 lpeople, haf short and narrow seats and was therefore not cvery comfortable for tall people.
The van enginewise was great, no issues there

We wanted a 12 seater van but got a 15 seater as 12 seater was unavailable. We had some luggage to carry and it would have been nice to be able to fold back seats but were unable to. It would be nice to show soft copies of insurance for additional drivers who are not available at the time of rental... I was told that the person has to be available in person unless we are getting their coverage. We had someone who is 80 miles away that we wanted to pick up on our way and was not available.
Great experience !! Will rent again and refer friends and family !!

My new favorite rental place
When I walked in to return the van, I noticed that they were very busy helping other customers. However, I was addressed almost immediatly by the agent (female) when I walked in. She proceeded to walk the current customer to their rental and at same time handled my return so I could complete my paperwork and proceed with my day.

A much better deal than the big rental companies, Little things like on board gps and satellite radio for no extra cost. This place was great.
