I will rent from value van and car rentals again if I need a car. I didn't have to wait for a long time to get served and I received exactly the car I reserved.

I reserved vehicle online. Then I called a week before pickup and spoke to Jonita, she was very polite and a pleasure to speak; she added insurance and extra drivers on my policy give me exact price and directions to place. I got there and dealt with her personally, it was my pleasure to deal with her departing and returning vehicle. The plus was I was able to safely leave my vehicle there until I return. I will without a doubt use Value Van again.
Manny was my rep and he was fantastic! He was professional, through and answered all my questions. I would recommend him and Value Van & Car Rental to anyone looking for a large van.
