The only issue I had was the miscommunication. I called Saturday to make sure the van was going to be available and I was told it would not. I ended up waiting to receive an email saying it wasnt avaiable but I never did. I called back and they said my reservation was now completed. I was happy I didnt book anything separately but didnt appreciate the miscommunication.
Thanks to the whole staff for going out of their way to accommodate us!
Had a great experience renting. The van was in great condition and was exactly what we needed! Will be renting from Value again.
Excellent experience
The vehicle was damaged inside and out. Huge dent on the side of the van. Inside was not cleaned, chairs had stains on them and cup holders were filthy. Dashboard looked like it had not been cleaned in a long time.
Van was better than what we were expecting. Pick up and drop off were quick and easy.
I have rented from you guys on 3 occasions. I even recommended my daughter to your company. Each time we were exceptionally pleased with the service, the workers and the vehicles. I have a suggestion that you start giving incentives like a discount or upgrade after so many rentals. Otherwise it is still a great place to rent.

The staff needs to better explain the $200.00 deposit and have it in writing as well.
