The cargo van I rented suited my purposes (moving some possessions from one house to another) but it was not very comfortable and the cigarette light outlet didn't work so I couldn't charge my phone. Basic but reliable vehicle. Could have charged less for it. Their passenger vans were very deluxe. The staff was amazing. Friendly and helpful to the last minute.

The car was much better than expected, especially for the price. The staff were friendly and helpful. Used them last year and will continue to use them in the future!
Everything went a smoothly from pick up to drop off. Only issue was the tire pressure light was on at pick up. Addressed it with staff and it was checked. The light did stayed on the entire time but I had no problems with the tires.
The car was very clean. The service waa great. I would definitely rent there again.

Van was practically new and performed as expected. The drawback to the Ford Transit is that it has absolutely no cargo space so hauling sports teams can be unwieldy. The van does get decent gas mileage for its size and is very agile for city driving. Value Van and Car Rental staff are not the most hospitable, but it is a very prevalent demeanor in NJ/NY in general. Main drawback to the rental was the staff failed to notify that they were closed Memorial Day and that a taxi would be required
