Worse experience ever! I had txt chat if my insurance was ok, I sent proof of insurance for evaluation and the reply was it was good. When I arrived the rep said no and demanded triple the cost of the reservation. I canceled the reservation and left. While I was there, I observed 8 other people get the same shake down and I will post this on social media.
Bait and switch. Did not honor reservation quotes price. Very dishonest company
My flight was delayed - I was 2 hours late to pick up the car and they said they cancelled my reservation. I said Im here so he said he asked a manager who said no to renting me a car. But there was a woman sitting next to him who is running a company called Rent a Wreck. He said will help you. She wanted 88 a day for a piece of junk. So my friend, they are running a scam. I just left after a few choice words.
Never completed the rental as was hit with so many upcharges I walked away and rented from Avis.
Totally false advertisement!!!!!! Don’t use this agency!!! It is not an an airport like advertised! You will pay double at the time of pick up. They try not to honor your own insurance and sell your unnecessary stuff..

The gentleman who helped me the first day was excellent
It would have been nice to be informed about the different possible insurance fees in advance, in order to study the options and better choose.
This was the WORST experience I have ever had. The agent failed to even attempt to make eye contact with me. There wasn't even a greeting until I forced a conversation. I showed the agent my confirmation email. I was looking for my ID and the agent disappeared. I waited for an hour and the agent never came back. SHE LEFT AND WENT HOME. I had to rent a car from another company for 4.5x the amount I was quoted. Three other customers arrived after me. None were helped because the only agent left.
This was one of the worst experiences i have ever had. We had reserved a vehicle and cost was to be $288.00 us. when we got there we were told that we had to take the insurance because they didn't honor Canadian insurance policies so it didn't matter that we had a rider on our current policy to cover rental cars. This would also be a problem for US residents since there were only 6 companies approx that they would honor. What was to be $288.00 us turned out to be $1139.00 us we had no option
