This was the WORST experience I have ever had. The agent failed to even attempt to make eye contact with me. There wasn't even a greeting until I forced a conversation. I showed the agent my confirmation email. I was looking for my ID and the agent disappeared. I waited for an hour and the agent never came back. SHE LEFT AND WENT HOME. I had to rent a car from another company for 4.5x the amount I was quoted. Three other customers arrived after me. None were helped because the only agent left.
This was one of the worst experiences i have ever had. We had reserved a vehicle and cost was to be $288.00 us. when we got there we were told that we had to take the insurance because they didn't honor Canadian insurance policies so it didn't matter that we had a rider on our current policy to cover rental cars. This would also be a problem for US residents since there were only 6 companies approx that they would honor. What was to be $288.00 us turned out to be $1139.00 us we had no option
Their customer service was very poor. I paid online and they found every single at imaginable to charge me more money. They made up a case that claimed I damaged the car. Very horrible experience
I would not recommend them. The booking said the vehicle pick up was in the terminal. That plus the price was why we chose the company. No counter in the terminal and no instructions on where to pick up the car. We finally found shuttle then a long wait in line to get vehicle. After a lot of upselling our rental ended up being $348 instead of the $108 we were quoted. Vehicle was adequate but horn didn't work, seat was stained and windshield wipers also didn't work. I won't use them again.
Don't trust this company. They were not available. No one was waiting for me. Other people were waiting as well. Horrible experience. I will never work with them again. This is a SCAM
