The staff was curteous!
Everything was ok, the insurance requirement was unexpected and pricey. The checkout process was unnecessary and not timely but overall was acceptable. Would have been nicer if the driver drove us to the airport in our rental car rather than make us transfer all the suitcases and people over. Also there was only one person working which made everything take much longer....
The car was dirty beyond my least expectations. The car condition was not good and maintenance was poor. No wiper fluid etc.
I ended up cancelling because they wanted to increase the rate to $500 for the week and would not let me remove insurance. I did not have this problem renting from America in Cancun. Also the website states the pickup is inside the airport but it was off site and I couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone number to get info. The info desk in the airport finally helped after an hour and got us a taxi to the office.

Should provide the cars with full tank to start, the first one I got was very beaten and it came with check engine light on from the start, the process to exchange the car was very slow and inconvenient as the new car even had to be cleaned although they knew we were coming way in advance
