The car was dirty beyond my least expectations. The car condition was not good and maintenance was poor. No wiper fluid etc.
I ended up cancelling because they wanted to increase the rate to $500 for the week and would not let me remove insurance. I did not have this problem renting from America in Cancun. Also the website states the pickup is inside the airport but it was off site and I couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone number to get info. The info desk in the airport finally helped after an hour and got us a taxi to the office.

Should provide the cars with full tank to start, the first one I got was very beaten and it came with check engine light on from the start, the process to exchange the car was very slow and inconvenient as the new car even had to be cleaned although they knew we were coming way in advance
The company did not have the 12 passenger van we reserved. We were picked up at the airport without being told this information and brought to the rental car storefront in the middle of the night and dropped off there. We had no choice at that point to take the offer they gave us to rent 2 cars, which ended up costing over $200usd more than what we were quoted.
No cars available and no options… time waisted
Cost was more than double rate presented, due to unethical, sneaky insurance costs added that were more than rental. Car reserves was "upgraded" to larger one in poor condition that broke down after 60 miles. Help with breakdown slow, had to eventually drive back to Cancun to get replacement (car randomly wouldn't start) despite visiting unhelpful office in Tulum. Re fb und offer after trouble not honored. Stay away, couldn't be a worse place to rent from, although all seem to do the ins scam.
