My experience with this company was atrocious. I had called prior to rental to inquire on cost for adding my spouse as a driver. I was told $50. Upon arrival I was told $100. The agent did tell me if I agreed to pay $15 a day for tolls he would honor the $50. He then proceeded to tell me that tolls in Florida were high. There were no cash tolls, and that I was not able to call the toll company. Advised them of my car license plate, and pay any required tolls at the end of my trip. I was defi
SCAM: 1st the company cancelled my rental because I was late. As I explained to the agent I can't control the Plane. 2nd after the agent re-processed my rental 2hrs later during the checkout process the agent stated since I didn't buy their insurance it was going to be a $2500 deposit or I could upgrade to the tier with insurance to lower the deposit to $250. basically the quoted online doesn't list all the fees so the low cost rental wasn't really low cost in the end. NO I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Bait and switch. Rented an SUV was given a compact car. Provided proof of insurance coverage but was charge for insurance, poor choice won’t rent w/ them again and will tell others to avoid them.
They need more representative to give a better customer service. The air conditioning wasn’t working properly. The kids and adults were very uncomfortable. Never seen a $2500 deductible required for rental. It took them almost an hour to check me in and check me out. It was the worst experience I ever had renting a car.

Never got the rental but was charged.
My flight was cancelled. Called/ emailed company multiple times. No one ever responded. Will not return nor recommend
My husband picked up our rental while I was on a separate flight and landing 30 min after. He did not have the declarations page on him but as soon as I landed (30 min after him picking up the car) I emailed and called the company. No one ever responded to either message and they still charged us $100 for insurance that was not needed. The person helping my husband was zero help nor knowledgeable.
