Love Andy’s
I love Andy's rental - the staff are so lovely and the service is excellent!!
From start to finish, the process went smoothly.
Easy pickup and drop off. Went over car before I left to point out scratches etc. This was great and made me feel like they are trusworthy and not looking for extra charges.
Staff were very courteous
Use Andy’s every time we visit Grand Cayman- never disappointed
Always has been a good experience. If there were additional staff at the desk, that would help us start our vacation quicker. Fully understand staffing issues and cost.
I was turned away without any car of any class not just once at the start of my reservation, but also on what would have been day two of my rental when I was promised a car would be ready for me. I will never rent from Andy’s ever again, they didn’t bother having an explaination or ever contacting me that there was a problem with my confirmed reservation.
Everything's so easy with Andy's
I have dealt with Claudia for years and cannot say enough about how friendly and helpful she has been over the years. She’s probably one of the main reasons I keep coming back to Andy’s. Hope you folks realize what a super representative you have with her.
