Andy's Rent A Car Renter Rated Reviews - Page 1

We chose Andy's rental cars because they were the only agency on the island that had an 8-passenger vehicle available. Everything about check-in, check-out, and the vehicle was great except the touch screen was difficult to operate and/or not functioning properly...but that could have been user error, not sure!

Renting from Andy's was a great experience. The customer service was wonderful. I called prior to the rental to see if I can be picked up and they were courteous and were willing to do that for no additional cost. I ended up not needing the pickup, but the communication was impressive. The car return process was also quick and easy and I liked the courteousness with how they handled everything.

Had a great experience renting from Andy's during our latest family vacation to the Grand Cayman. They have three locations, including the East End. You can get cheaper rentals, but you'll sacrifice the flexibility/quality. Staff in both locations we've used (the Airport and East End) were very efficient and helpful, we had to change our reservation dates/times a couple of times. The cars were in good working order.

The only issue were the wiper blades. When it rain the would streak across the window and not wiping the rain away, causing it very difficult to drive while raining.
