No pressur, but due to my loyalty and frequent bookings, I would wish for a surprise of an upgrade at sometimes on the house, like the other place down the road. :-)

We had a flat tire on our vehicle within hours of picking it up. When we called, they came right away and switched our vehicles for us.

I booked an SUV online & expected to get one similar to the picture shown on your website. Instead, I received a Suzuki Ertiga (license plate 173 876). No matter how much you try & tell me that this is an SUV, it is not. It is an MPV (compact multi-purpose vehicle). This particular vehicle needs to be retired as it is well past its prime time. I paid for an SUV & did not receive an SUV. This is deceptive practice. Hopefully you take on board my valid criticism and do better for future customers.
