The lady behind the counter needs more help. She was trying to help 2 customers and answer the phone. There needs to be another customer service person helping her. The car (Kia) that I rented was below expectations. Had several scratches on the exterior. I was sitting too low down in the seat and couldn’t find the lever to make it go up, if there was one.

This is by far the BEST car rental agency with which I have ever delt! I have been dealing with Andy's in Grand Cayman for a number of years now. Through those dealings, I have had tree issues with autos - a flat tire, a dead battery and a car I ordered that was just too big for me to drive on George Town streets. In each incident, Andy's staff assisted me immediately in rectifying the problem to my 100% satisfaction. I have full confidence in Andy's car rental and it's staff.

We requested the newer model. Evidentally, we got the oldest one. The interior is a light beige color with several stains all over the interior seats. The vehicle was pretty old. We saw another Andy's rental where we stayed at that looked so much nicer, but we got rhe dump of all vehicles.

Had a great experience with the car rental as it was smooth and didn't have to wait. The car Picanto was awesome as well. No issues at all.
