The day we arrived, our 9 passenger van that we had reserved was in an accident, and was not available. The manager informed us that she was sorry and would like to offer and additional car for our party of 6 ( plus luggage) as an option for the inconvenience. I told her that only one driver was comfortable driving in this country, and politely declined the offer. She was extremely apologetic, and gave us a reduced rate and a GPS to use without charge. She was great.

When we arrived at the airport location, the place was overrun. Although we had a reservation, others without reservations were served ahead of us. They really need to serve their clients who have reservations first. We spent close to an hour standing in line to pick up our car because of this.

The staff at Andy’s in Grand Cayman Airport office were very courteous and helpful. The car was exactly as I had requested, spotlessly clean and ready for my collection. The return was easy and effortless, would definitely use the company again
