The staff at the counter on Saturday 11th july was impolite & racial. She was going out of turn to satisfy others. She appeared to have no idea of the booking, very poor behaviour, probably frustrated that she was alone & doing too much work. Did not seem to have any time.

It was great but the poor girl was there by herself when we picked up the vehicle. Other customers were being nasty to her because they had to wait. It wasn’t her fault she couldn’t do it all on her own.
