I reserved a 7passenger suv 5 mi the before arrival but it was not available when I arrived (it was week between Christmas and New Year’s) at first they offered 2 small cars and then offered an 8 passsenger suv and wanted to exchange when 7 became available, ultimately left me in the 8 passengers no additional charge, which was ultimately a better choice for my large family with small kids. We chose Andy's rental cars because they were the only agency on the island that had an 8-passenger vehicle available. Everything about check-in, check-out, and the vehicle was great except the touch screen was difficult to operate and/or not functioning properly...but that could have been user error, not sure!

Renting from Andy's was a great experience. The customer service was wonderful. I called prior to the rental to see if I can be picked up and they were courteous and were willing to do that for no additional cost. I ended up not needing the pickup, but the communication was impressive. The car return process was also quick and easy and I liked the courteousness with how they handled everything.
