Over the years all the staff at Andy's have set a high standard as the "norm" and this visit was no exception. The customer services agent was courteous, helpful and friendly and treated me exceptionally well. Thank you Andy's, I shall be back!

We always rent from Andy’s! They have excellent service and professional and friendly staff. We did have an issue with our car while out at Smiths Cove this time. The battery was bad and we were unable to start our car -however they sent a service person directly & they were very helpful and accommodating. When the battery problems continued, they promptly replaced the car with another. We were very pleased with their service…Andy’s is the best on the island in our opinion.

The only mystery with Andy's is why they have to re-enter so much data and it takes so long to do the paperwork. Isn't this data already in from the on-line booking? With other companies you pick up the keys and go.
