Waited over an hour in line. Staff was not organized. Process was inefficient. Didn't get the vehicle listed on my reservation. Why did I have to fill out the same info in person that I previously did online? Overall, poor customer service. Will think twice before booking here again in the future.
It took about 60 minutes to check in because we were at the end of a line of 7-8 customers. I wasn't happy about that. Otherwise, it was a good experience.

Overall the experience was great, we were one of the last flights in and the inventory was low. So ur rental had seen some hard miles. It never left us stranded, just had a few issues.

just better windshield wipers
first car rented had front right tire fail , seven mile beach store told me to drive an un fit /unsafe car back to the airport . bad decision by staff any car with a problem with brakes tires or sterling should not go back on the road . taxi or other rental car should be used . staff needs further education .
i have no axe to grind and only wish for improvement in the future . i do not wish for repercussions against saff . i will rent again
