They were extremely short staffed: one employee for four sets of customers.
They have a policy that only allows 28 days rental. Since we rented for 34 days, we had to return our car and go through a very lengthy rental renewal process.
Price was a little high for 3 weeks. Minimal staff upon returning vehicle and had to wait a short while.
Great experience.
The car was satisfactory getting you from point A to point B but in disrepair. Stained seats, ripped and cracked console. Chrome pieces on the exterior were falling off.
Also never received a final email receipt as promised when I returned the vehicle.
Friendly staff. provided pickup on time and provided shuttle from office to airport. Highly recommended
The SUV we had seemed a bit old, but it was well maintained and worked just fine. We definitely needed the space for all our travelers and luggage. Thanks.
One of the most straight forward rental procedures I’ve experienced.
Our rental had been smoked in previously, you could smell it instantly. Andy’s did ask if we wanted a different vehicle, we had waited along time for check in so refused.
Andy's was easy to get to from the airport.
The rate should better reflect the length of the rental. If the weekly rate was $187.20 ($26.74/day) is would make sense that the rate for 10 days would be 10 days at the rate of $26.74/ day. A week rental and the 3 days at the daily rate of $31.20 doesn't make sense. Otherwise easy access at the airport and no problems with the return.
