Great experience, see you next year
Traveling with family of 5 and vehicle I reserved 6 weeks prior not available (9 passenger reserved and no 7 passengers available). I was in line hearing this as other customers were having same issue and seemingly no cars available. My resort being 45 minutes away presented a significant problem for us and luckily another rental agency was able to come through for me (of course costing me a lot more than I reserved for). Not a great way to start a vacation.

The ladies who I spoke with on the phone lacked in professionalism. I called to ask if they offered pick/up and the lady said she would have to find out and call me back. 3 HOURS passed before I called HER back. I was informed that the 7 Mile Beach location DOES offer pick up. CLAUDIA was absolutely SPECTACULAR and provided OUTSTANDING service! The woman who checked us out was as rude as the 2 ladies I spoke with on the phone with a care-less and poorly mannered attitude. Miserable demeanor.
It would help immensely if you had maps for sale. I drove around the island for an hour before I could find my destination. It is difficult enough to come from a place where we drive on the right and then trying to find street names or address numbers on buildings. All good otherwise.
They were unable to pick me up or drop me off as promised. I had to take a taxi both ways to make the rental happen.
