The staff at Andy’s Car Rental always go over and beyond to accommodate my needs. It is especially convenient that they have 2 pick up/drop off places—at the airport and also near where I stay on 7 Mile Beach. They are my favorite car rental on the island. In 30 years I have never had a bad experience.

Vehicle was not in good condition. Driver's door handle would sometimes stick open not permitting the door to latch when closed. Button to open the trunk/boot broke the second day of the rental and no alternate means existed to open the trunk. Vehicle had extensive dents and scratches upon pick up. Overall the car was simply not in good condition. This is the first time we rented from Andy's and we visit Cayman several times per year: this does not encourage us to continue using Andy's.

The car was a bit older. About 50,000 miles. But the staff was great and we will continue to rent for them every year! Great job!

This is the worst car rental ever. Same agents that service you ia the one giving you the keys. The system is so Manual that it took 75 minutes to get service. Returns - it is insane to sign additional credit card authorizations. Get your system fully automated instead of tasking your agents with all the manual steps. Get more agents. We rented 4 cars and I am the only one that rented here. Sure enough, worst decision I made. Horrible experience overall
