This is the worst car rental ever. Same agents that service you ia the one giving you the keys. The system is so Manual that it took 75 minutes to get service. Returns - it is insane to sign additional credit card authorizations. Get your system fully automated instead of tasking your agents with all the manual steps. Get more agents. We rented 4 cars and I am the only one that rented here. Sure enough, worst decision I made. Horrible experience overall

I imagine it is hard being in tourism but its a choice. Would be great if staff would be happy tourists are back after long covid break. No smiles, no thank yous, I felt like an inconvenience and a bother.
