Did not get the car I requested.Was given a smaller car. If I had not said something I would have been charged for the larger car I requested.The rep drove us to another location to pick up car never telling us that it needed to be returned there.The car was not cleaned since last use.Was given wrong directions to our hotel. She sent us west instead of east.When returning car I stopped for gas.Car battery was dead.Luckily someone at station had cables.When returning car rep was uncaring.

The process from beginning to end was great, and the location is perfect. The staff was friendly & courteous, and the van was in excellent condition. This was our first time renting with Andy’s, and it will not be the last.
We have always rented from McCurley’s in the past but decided to try Andy’s. We were pleasantly surprised with a very nice vehicle that met our needs and the price was the best we have ever paid for a car in the Cayman Islands. We enjoyed our experience and would consider using them again.
