Claudia is fantastic. It is always a pleasure to see her when we get to Andy’s - she really understands customer service and goes out of her way to make you feel well looked after.
Had a flat tire. Tires were in awful condition. Not enough tools available to change the flat. Was on the East End. Waited over 2 hours for someone to come swap out the vehicle (in the dark). No discount given on the rental. Frustrated with that experience.
The brakes were not functioning well.
The pickup and drop off procedures were simple and straight forward.
All staff were great, courteous & accommodating. I would definitely use Andy’s again in the future.

I was extremely pleased with our car rental from Andy's. Their service was professional, the car was clean and their pricing was very fair and competitive. I will definitely rent from then on my next trip to Cayman.
You may want to update the office hours online. I saw online that the East End office was open from 9 - 2 but a sign in their window shows 9 - 1.
