Our rental was clean and the staff was very helpful. We ended up renting a GPS as well at the counter and they had everything we needed

Did not get the car I requested.Was given a smaller car. If I had not said something I would have been charged for the larger car I requested.The rep drove us to another location to pick up car never telling us that it needed to be returned there.The car was not cleaned since last use.Was given wrong directions to our hotel. She sent us west instead of east.When returning car I stopped for gas.Car battery was dead.Luckily someone at station had cables.When returning car rep was uncaring.
