I was very pleased as there were no surprises. Price was as quoted, car was ready. I would recommend using Andy’s a Car and will use them again.
I have rented from Andy’s many times and have never had a problem. Definitely recommend!
This is not a knock on Andy's, it's just a comment on the island or the airport management: The airport needs better sign work directing cars to the rental car agencies and to the departures/arrivals area.
Rear view mirror was broken and was not safe. Should not have been rented in that condition
We choose a compact economy, which we expected to be a kia picanto or equal but the one we were given was exceedingly in poor shape. No antenna, no radio, the air vents were broken so little air conditioning, missing the rear windshield wiper and the pegs to drop the back seats. When I asked for a different car or even a more expensive car for which I was willing to pay more I was brushed off and told I would have to wait for a while because they only had this one car. Really poor service.
Reservation was not honored, taff was slow and unhelpful. Worst prt of my vacation was trying your rental service.
All the folks at Andy's were wonderful. They even dropped us off at the airport during a massive rain storm on our way out of the island. Thank you!!

I always rent with Andy’s…. Just wish they had larger vehicles with right hand drive.
I use Andy’s every trip. Best on the island. Americans looks for friendly names but in my experience those franchises are not good in Cayman.
