The sold Full insurance package turns out NOT to be complete coverage there is quite a list of items that are NOT covered. This is naughty and should be made clear to the purchaser. They also nickel and dime on the fuel . I noticed the fuel gauge was not quite on full when I left the rental faculty yet they sell the hire return with a full tank of get charged nearly $12 per gallon to top up!
Very easy to rent from Andy’s. Close to the terminal.
This is the third time we rented from Andy's. The staff was helpful, rates are good, clauses are reasonable, and returns was a breeze. Will definately rent from Andy's next time we visit Cayman again.
Arrived to find that the car we reserved was not available and we were put in a pocket Kia with four people and several pieces of luggage and dive gear. They did however deliver and pick-up our luggage. Car was still tight for four adults.
The pick up and return were quick and easy. I would not hesitate to rent from Andy's in the future.
Good cars at great prices.. very convenient to airport.. great experience. Our car had 36k miles on it and no remote key fob. Other than that good value for the car
Car was subpar and obviously not checked before delivery. Brakes need changing and tire was nearly flat. Rear view mirror was so loose it wouldn’t stay in position. All hard to miss if car was ever looked at before delivery.
The only cars available were significantly smaller then reserved. Long lines to pick up and drop off vehicle.
The car they reserved for us was in the shop supposedly from an accident from the prior day. They had to bring another car from Seven Mile which took 30 minutes. The car they gave us was in poor shape. It had dents all over it and didn't look good at all on the outside. Had no issues driving the car when in it but it looked like the car was remodeled in the shop from scraps. Dropping off the car was efficient and the lady at the counter was nice.
Have always rented from Andy's. Will do so in the future.
