Our reserved vehicle was not available. No vehicles were available. We had to take a taxi. We will be cancelling our reservation for our return to the airport as we can’t trust that a vehicle will be available. We won’t be using Andy’s again. We understand fewer vehicles are available since Covid but the few should be tracked to know that nothing will be available and other arrangements could be made.

I was hoping for a newer model vehicle but the car I had worked fine. Also I’m not sure I actually received the promised discount for being a Morritt’s owner. It was reflected anywhere. I did appreciate that I was able to change the return location from the airport to the East End withou any charge. Thank you.
We’ve rented several times from Andy’s. The staff is great and always fast drop off.

Would have liked a left hand drive, but appreciate we went for fairly budget hire

Car reserved was not available. Was given a big jalopy of a bus that was not very clean .
We did not receive the car we reserved. It did not fit our entire family and we had to make 2 trips from the airport. Fortunately, Andy's did not charge us the full price -- however, we did have to ask for the reduced rate - not sure if they would have offered it to us.
