Best experience of car rental in Cayman. Agent Ayaisha was super efficient, friendly , and even when busy dealing with one client would acknowledge other clients as they arrived - so happy was I with her service I made a further reservation for my next trip - great wee car - everything first class - Andy’s congratulations.. a car rental business to be proud of!
1. The front desk staff was rude both picking up and returning. 2. There is a sign in the office that says "staying at Morrits? Ask about a $100 gift card". I asked and was told I had to talk to Morritts about it. Morritts said it had to be done upon check in at Andy's 3. On the 2nd day, our car wouldn't start. I called the office and they sent someone out about 30 minutes later. He didn't have the tool he needed so we had to go back to the office. We were never offered anything for our troubles

Being 6'3, the Kia Rio was not a good fit for me. I'll ask for a larger vehicle next time.
My experience with Andy's Car rental was very good. I found the staff helpful and very friendly. The car I was assigned was adequate and ran smoothly the entire time it was in my possession. Thank you to Andy's for contributing to my first visit on Cayman so enjoyable. I would refer this company to anyone looking for a reliable car rental company.
Crabby, almost non-responsive woman rented the car to us, Pieces missing from vehicle, bent parts, top coming off, low tire warning off the lot, bad bearing in wheel (vibrating), bad battery in remote.
One person working while turning the car in, while four families needing help. Walked out of the premises while everyone just looked at each other in disbelief.
It was just terrible. Won't be back.
A quality rental agency
The minivan we rented need new windshield wipers, this was something we couldn’t know until it rained.
Pickup and return was easy.
Will use Andy’s Rent a Car again.
