Battery on our rental car died across the street from Andy's office in East End Grand Cayman at 10:00 am. Office sign - hours 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. Office locked, no one in sight. We got a jump and called from our resort for a replacement vehicle, which took over 4 hours to arrive. We requested a credit for the day, Shane said he knew nothing about it, although I sent him an email the previous day giving him my name, car license number, room number to deliver car. Will never rent from them again

Vehicle would get a great rating if the remote for the doors worked. Small thing but every time you want to open the hatch you have to go to the drivers door to open it with a key and go back to the drivers door to lock the car.
Highly recommend Andy’s. Vehicle was relatively new and clean.
The car was a little beat up but it ran great and met our needs.
Staff was friendly and helpful, but the car was pretty bare-bones and needed oil. Would continue to rent from Andy's and recommend it, but will check the car more closely next time.

Because I new I would have 8 pieces of luggage plus 6 people I needed the largest van you have and that is what I rented. When no van was available they gave me 2 tiny cars. We barely fits things in and were crowded for the entire week. It was completely unacceptable and I'm still quite upset.
