I was pleasantly surprised how easy the people made it to upgrade. I had reserved a SUV, but with 4 adults and a baby it wouldn't work. They offered me an upgrade to a mini van for a nominal upcharge. It made our vacation.

Always a pleasure to rent from Andy’s! Easy walkable access across the street from airport. Highly recommend them. Have been using for 2.0+ years in Cayman. Claudia is the best!

Excellent attention and flexibility to attend to my wife's special needs as an elderly person suffering advanced Alzheimer's dementia. Super great value for money. Clean new-ish spacious vehicle as requested. Highly recommended!
