I have been a loyal Andy’s customer for 20 years and was told when I turned in my vehicle yesterday that because the vehicle had sand in it I would have the choice of paying an extra fee or vacuuming out the vehicle myself. The vehicle was no more sandy than the other 20 times I’ve rented there. You just lost a customer and my referral.
I will NOT be back!

We requested a left hand drive 9 passenger mini van. I called a week before to confirm and they assured me they had a 9 passenger, left hand drive mini van reserved for me. When we arrived, they told me ALL their vans are right hand drive only. We got along fine, but I would have appreciated honesty. Other than that, the experience was great.

These folks are our GO TO rental for every Cayman trip moving forward. They are super easy to work with, super professional and LOVELY for island suggestions/general help/etc. The location is beyond convenient as well, in relation to the airport. I was traveling w/ my 10 year son and our little Kia was perfect for our week's day. Thank you, Andy's!!!
