It was our 1st trip to Grand Cayman. Andy's is located right across from the Arrivals terminal. A very easy, quick walk across the street - just follow the 1st crosswalk and it is a little over to the right. Car was reserved 1-week prior online. Desk & vehicle check-in person were both very nice, friendly and helpful. The cost for the entire week for a sub-compact from 9-1 to 9-8-2019 was just around $220 US which included full insurance coverage - just perfect for driving around the Island!
Only place I have ever rented from in Grand Cayman.
Love that they have upgraded to newer cars.
Reserved and received what I requested and it only had 3300 miles on it.

Great rental experience, as usual.
There was only one person running the desk so there was a wait. However, he was very helpful and friendly. He worked hard to make sure everything was good. Only issue with the vehicle was that one headlight was not working but we didn't know that until the following evening.
Would still use again and recommend!

Picked up at airport. Service was great. The car was not exactly what I had planned on, but it was in the category I chose (Mini-Van). Got a Suzuki something or other. It wasn't the best, but it did get me from point A to Point B on all occasions and the air conditioner worked great. The seats were torn. The key fob didn't work. It was difficult for us (58-63 years old) to get into and out of, especially those in the far back seats. Extended rental one day - no problems. Will rent again.
I had originally made a reservation directly in your website but upon arriving to the office, my reservation was not found and then the rate I had booked, was not honored either.
I experience racism from this car rental for years.
