Great customer service. Would recommend.
Andy’s was a very good rental experience, but the car was way below average. Tiny gas pedal and very small and weak engine. This is not what I expected from a small SUV with 5 seats. But it could be my misunderstanding as to the car categories.
The rental process was great. But many of the vehicles are old and in poor shape. My rental had over 157000 km on it and the wiper blades were extremely worn and did little in the rain. If you rent from here, be aware you may get an older vehicle, but their rates are better than the others (who will also rent you an older, worn out vehicle). With that said, I will likely rent here again.

The staff at Andy’s were very courteous and knowledgeable. They were able to answer my questions and did not pressure for an up sale of services. Thank you I appreciate the professional service. I have a couple of constructive comments about the car. One tire on the vehicle was very low on air requiring me to find a service station and air up the tire. The other 3 were also low. The wipers blades shot. These are basic safety and convenience items that are being ignored. This is unacceptab
