Overall a good experience.
The rental process was easy, the quote was accurate, the staff were not overly friendly but did their best to hurry the process for us.
The car itself was in poor condition, I am not sure if all the cars from this facility are in the same condition but if we were to return to Grand Cayman, we would seek another car rental facility.
staff was very helpful; we had a dead battery the second day - they were very helpful and sent one of their staff with jumper cables to our condo. The staff stayed around to make sure the car started and the battery was charged sufficiently.

The customer service I was provided was EXCEPTIONAL! At one point, I had lost the key to my car. When I called, I was told about the $250 charge, and a new car was sent to me, and the original car was taken. A couple of days later, I found the key, and once again the customer service I received when I returned the key was EXCEPTIONAL! I would recommend Andy's Car Rental to anyone who went to Grand Cayman. Thank you.
Great service, inexpensive way to get around the island. Definitely more cost effective to rent a car.
