Great experience from Andy's at the East end of Cayman, good clean vehicle

I choose Andy's every time we come to Grand Cayman. Can't beat the convenient location at the airport. They have the best rates and excellent customer service!

We had a mechanical issue and the east end location swapped out our car in 15 minutes. Great service.
We had to return the first car after one day because the car was infested with ants. They were blowing at us from within the air conditioner. We returned the car and they gave to us another car that was not very clean and still had the rental papers in it with confidential information from the prior driver. Although the staff is very pleasant, no apologies or concessions were given about the ants...just excuses.

Everything was great except that the wait st the counter to get the car was way way way way way too long
Pick up took less than 10 minutes and drop off was a snap. Fastest processing I have had in 11 years of using Andy’s!
