Had to wait 45 minutes to pick up the car, 8 people in the queue and only 1 person working behind the desk. Indicators in car did not work properly, central locking didn't always work either.
Andy’s 7MB was an easy, clean, fast experience. Will rent here vs. “big box” rental companies at the airport (with very long wait lines) in the coming years as we return to Cayman!
The agent told us that an extra driver was just $5, so we did that, but she failed to tell us it was $5 PER DAY....very unhappy!
Pick up was super. Drop off person was not as pleasant. Service is spotty depending on who you get and how busy they are.
Rental experience was very good, staff were very courteous and helpful, I’ll definitely rent again from Andy’s in next trip to Grand Cayman.
Jeeps are very expensive to rent and I got a KIA. :-/
Overall great experience as always. This was our third time renting from Andy's and we will definitely use them again on our next visit.

I enjoyed a very positive experience. After reading some online comments, I asked for both a a newer and a clean vehicle. I was waited on immediately, we checked the car together and I was off! It was a great little vehicle with lots of pep and good on gas. Upon return, the return signs were clearly visible and the car was checked in and the paperwork completed by a trainee. I will recommend. THANKS!
