Long term customer. Easy to use.
I have been renting from Andy's for 10 years. We come back to the island once per year. I have been a loyal client of Andy's for that entire time. yet no one has ever greeted me by name and I never get any friendly nod or indication that you care that you have me as a customer. Your staff is courteous and helpful but not friendly. There is never a sense of urgency around processing my rental in a timely manner. and when I return the car there is never a sense of urgency. You can do better.

Had to take car back twice for repair. Gas tank was not full upon receipt. Reason would recommend to froends is due to past years' experience.
