Very handy to be near the Reef resort
Could use another front desk staff member. Also, I rarely get the car I book, I always end up getting the size smaller (I rent from Andy’s 3x per year)
1st time renting from Andy's... we will never go anywhere else .. been to the islands before and had painful experiences.. car / time of process / waiting / .. not fun .

The service was great as usual. We did inform them when we returned the car that the rear brakes were sticking and the wiper blades needed replaced. Otherwise the car was very clean and in good shape. Charges were a little higher than this time last year. But we like that we can pick up the car at the airport and return it to the location on the East End.
The staff were very friendly, dealt with us very quickly and the dropping off of the car was so easy. 10 out of 10

Jeep rental soft top
Worst rental experience I have had and I am a frequent renter. Tried Andy’s as our the usual place we go has long lines. Only 3
People in front of me waited 70 minutes. Held hostage for insurance even though my credit card and personal insurance covers international. Van was a POS everything broken on it. The interior was literally falling off. Staff acted like they we in purgatory and the customers were the bane of their existence. Never again!!
