car we rented (originally) had a bad tire, which affected handling from day 1. it eventually failed, and the car had to be replaced, which took a while to accomplish. however, the people at the agency were very nice and brought a replacement car to our rental house, and that car performed well.
The last few years we were lucky enough to have Becky take care of us. She is an asset to your organization.
I have rented cars from Andy's Rent A Car for the past 5 or 6 years. Their location is very close to the terminal -- just a short walk away. I have always had great service from the staff. They are always courteous and helpful. I have never had any issue whatsoever. Very well satisfied.

Appreciate grace period on return, as our flight arrives by noon but does not depart the following Saturday until after 4pm. This allows us less time spent at the very crowded airport.
While the rate and type of vehicle were correct, the car was not in good condition. The windshield wiper blades were torn, the key fob was not functional, and interior seats cracked/trunk floor broken, etc. Yes, it was an inexpensive mostly functional rental, but I would be likely to check other options or definitely ask for another vehicle next time.
They are friendly and reliable, and being able to reserve our vehicle online is terrific .
