I always have a great experience renting from Andy’s!
The check in experience is very slow. It would be great if all of our information was saved on file when we checked in since we rent every year. It’s usually 20-30 minutes to check in and with other rental car groups it’s 10 mins or less.

Becky was extremely helpful and very friendly. Our flight had been delayed several hours and customs had taken a long time. Her wonderful attitude set our vacation back on a positive note. We had more luggage than would fit into the car , she arranged for Victor to transport the luggage. He, too , was very nice and went the extra mile to help us.

We have rented from Andy's every time we visit Grand Cayman and encourage all of our friends to do the same.
Vehicle was unsafe due to brakes/calipers/bearings grinding at every stop and shaking the entire Jeep. We didn’t drive it the last 3 days of our trip because of it so they gave us 10% off the rental..... seats, doors, mirrors, topper were all extremely worn or corroded or rusted. Will never rent from this company again
