Hello Andy and Staff,
This was my second time renting from you company and I will be returning to Grand Cayman in June of 2019 and hoping to rent thru you again.
I recommended you to a couple of friends of mine while on the island and they also rented from you at the 7 mile location.
My only concern was that my first time when I rented from you there was over an HOUR WAIT to get my rental car. I did not go thru that this past time and hope you keep up a speedy rental process for when I re

We have used Andy's numerous times and have always been satisfied. And they are usually very price competitive.
We will be returning to the island in January and plan on renting again. Great company, no complaints at all.
Exactly what we wanted at the right price
Had A flat tire, they came quickly and change the tire for us and then later exchange the car.
The car was a little beat up, but that is fine. The contract listed that the fuel tank was full, but it was only 3/4 full. The attendant noted that somewhere else, but I don't know where. I would rather start with a full tank. At best, it shows a laziness to double check and make sure the tank is filled and matches the paperwork, at worst it is a concerted effort to get more money out of the customer since it is always difficult to get a partially full tank back to exactly where it was.
Exceptional service.
