Doran and Benje were curious, friendly and very professional!
The staff was great, very helpful, very courteous. The car (Kia Rio) was a VERY small 'mid-size' and was too low to the ground for Cayman roads (especially speed bumps). There were several mechanical problems with the car (locks didn't work, undercarriage was coming loose).. Glad I bought full insurance coverage!
Security deposit was not deducted from total bill.
Our pick up driver was very helpful and prompt. Our check in clerk was very helpful and courteous. We will definitely use them when visiting again.

The first car I was given was rather poor in that the locking mechanism was faulty so I ended up locked out of my car. I took it back to the agency and the staff were superb and immediately changed the car with no problem at all.
