Employee was 15 minutes late opening office when I went by at 8 am to check on availability of car to be picked up at 10am. I arrived at 9:50 am to pick up car. Building locked a no employee. Signed said be back soon, picking up customer. Employee arrived back at 10:20 am and proceeded to register other customer. Then registered me at 10:35 am. Showed me my rental which she had driven to that location that very morning. It had a tire with a seriously low air pressure. I pointed this out to her.
Would you rent from this agency again? Yes! Andy's was wonderful!!
Great service from a great staff,
The car, while the engine and a/c worked, was in terrible shape otherwise: sliding doors that didn't open correctly, light on inside of back door hanging off, broken middle bench, "WTF" carved into the back of the driver's seat.
Very easy to walk to from the airport exit. Quick service during pick up and drop off. Great that all 8 of us could travel in one car during our visit.
Car was ok but pretty beaten up. Both the rental and return process was very long. Seemed like a lot of paperwork and waiting. No sure why it needs to be like this.
