Everything was great!!
Van was pretty beat up, torn driver seat and stained. It operated fine. Understand island is tough on vehicles.
The experience at Andy’s is so much better than at the other car rentals, and the prices are very competitive.
There was a bit of a line, and it took a long time to process, but the service and car were great! They even drove our luggage to our hotel in a different vehicle for us, since it didn't fit with all the people.
Weekends are busy and I know the staff are not nearly as excited as vacationers but we had a good experience at the counter staff humoring our good mood. Checking in did seem to take a long time, but we were 2nd in line at the time so it wasn't bad. Too bad I can't combine my Morritts discount with the online price, though.
