Staff very helpful. Quality of the car was the main problem. Car did not feel safe
Very satisfied with Andy's. We've been using them for almost 20 years. Cars are sometimes a little tired, as are most rental cars on Grand Cayman, but the service and support from them is excellent. They also have given me a larger discount as a returning customer, something we really appreciate, and have been very supported in helping us get back items we inadvertently left behind in the vehicle. Service at the front desk is exceptional.
We have rented from Andys for many years and they have always served us well. We will be back!
On pick up I was told the car had a full tank. But after I left, I saw it was only half full. I didn't have a phone on island so couldn't call Andy's about the discrepancy. I returned the car with the tank half full like I got it. I was asked why I hadn't disputed the tank measure. I told the counter staff the reason and they accepted my explanation. I looked at the car exterior carefully on pick up but trusted their gas tank measure. Start car & check gas gauge before leaving lot.
Good car, fair price, excellent service. What more could you ask for?

Car worked well and was in good shape.
Regretably, windshield was filmed inside and wax-contaminated outside, so driving at night (or looking into the sun) was between unpleasant and dangerous. I know vinyl outgassing et cetera is a problem in a hot climate, but PLEASE don't leave this to the renter to try to deal with.

It took over 1 hour to pick up the car, 6 people in line in front of me after 2 people walked out to rent from other vendors. The return was almost as bad, 2 people ahead of me renting cars and took over 20 minutes to get waited on to return the vehicle. Not acceptable customer service..
