The process of getting the vehicle was fine. However, the same employee did pick up and return; at return she informed us of mobile cleaning services on the island for vacuuming the car out… never mentioned that during pickup. This is an island, COVERED IN SAND…. For us to incur a $215 charge for having sand on the floorboards of the car is RIDICULOUS. And you know it. That is a money making scheme and it is not how you should treat your customers. She was very rude during drop off & not hel
Staff was courteous and friendly. They quickly got paperwork together so we weren't spending our entire vacation waiting on our car. Car was clean and well serviced.

Great experience! No wait at the 7 Mile Beach location. Great rates and they pick you up and drop you off! Why pay more?
Great customer service and very easy to work with
We got a minivan (as reserved) but it was missing its rear windshield wiper and had a tough time reaching a cool temp with the AC. The minivan also did not have any "tech" (no back up camera or phone integration capability).
The service was great and the pick and drop off was very smooth. Only negative is about the car.
all in all was a very good experinece.
Andy’s was too easy!! Steps from the airport doors and the entire process to rent took less than 10 minutes. The car was brand new and the return was just as easy as the pick up. I would recommend to anyone traveling to Grand Cayman. Thank you Andy’s!!
