The original car provided to me had a slow leak in one of the tires. It was noticed by the staff, filled, but not fixed. I had to call to have a replacement. They were very quick in response and providing a replacement vehicle.

Would highly recommend Andy's to anyone travel to Grand Cayman. Staff is super friendly, professional and knowlegable, they answered all our questions and were extremely helpful!
Everything was handled smoothly and promptly. Proximity to airport was helpful. Easy in/out both ways. Care was in good condition and ran just fine.
My rate was honored but I had to tell the desk person when I returned the car it was $200 over what I was quoted.
No problems at all. Car had 10,000 miles.
