The rear tires were a little bald, but other than that the car was good.
I have rented from Andy's three times now, and the staff are always super friendly. The only thing I would like to see improve is coupons/discounts on the web site, seems like they never have any available for when I book my vehicle, but not a big deal. Would be nice to get a discount based on how many times you have rented from them, like a loyalty thing. The location is awesome, walk out the airport and straight across the small parking lot-super easy. Will always rent from them.
Very easy, helpful and made us smile. Flexible with our plan changes
The front end alignment on my car was way off. If i would take my hands off the steering wheel, even if only for a second, the car pulls sharply to the right. Highly annoying and unsafe. Also, the antenna was broken off, so reception was not very good when listening to the radio.
We had to wait both at pickup and drop off, but once we were finally waited on, everything was great.
Van back doors were difficult to ot

We like Andy s because of East end location
Everything was fine with my rental, and I continue to use Andy's every time I go to Grand Cayman (which is 21 times so far). My only minor issue with the most recent rental was that the electronic key was dead, with only holes for buttons, so I had to insert the key manually to open the trunk/door etc. during my 2 week rental.
I have rented from andy several times. THe rate was 40% higher this time even being out of season plus a $20 key drop fee for an early am flight. Andy has been good in the past but I will be comparing rates on my next trip. .
