Vehicle was not in great shape - front bumper was coming loose. They need to have more newer right-hand drive vehicles available.

I think that during peak arrival and return times there should be more than one agent working to handle both drop offs and pick ups. Jon was an excellent asset.

rates increased 30% over my last 6 rentals. 1st car the rear view mirror came off in my hand when I attempted to adjust it. 2nd car, the A/C wined very badly so I had to take it back. Went back to the 7-Mile Beach location and got there at 4:56 PM and no one was there. Posted hours are until 5PM. Went back the next day and while the car was beat up physically, everything worked. Over the years, most of the rentals I had; the wipers were worn. Radios did not work well. Hertz next time.
We returned car early, we were taken back to our hotel and didn't have to call a taxi. Excellent company
