Car was a bit ‘clunky’ but ran well
The maintenance of the vehicle (jeep wrangler) was poor. Roll bar padding was shredded, Seat upholstery was torn. Tire sensor alarm kept going off. Tried to exchange for another Jeep which was in worse shape (passenger seat would not adjust and hinges sticking through the seat padding). So we had to stick with the first vehicle. No discount offered. We paid $850 US for the week. Using Avis next time.

Durning out vacation, out vehicle had an apparent electrical problem that drained the battery. After contacting Andy's, they were prompt and courteous in providing a new vehicle for us the next morning (all the way to the other side of the island). We appreciated the promptness and attention to get us back to enjoying our vacation as quickly as possible.

This was the dirtiest, most beat-up car that I have ever rented. Many scratches, and dents on the outside. Worn, filthy seats and interior. Chrysler 300 with 69000 miles on it. It took me an hour to try to clean it up as best I could before I felt comfortable putting my family (3 small children) in it.
We rented a Full-Size, which was described as "Cadillac Deville, Ford Taurus or similar". We received a Dodge Challenger, a two-door car. We were fine with it being two doors, but certainly would have preferred a four door given that we had to put two child seats in the back. What was more concerning was the condition of the car. It was in horrible shape. Wasn't clean, had squeeky wheels, was slow to start, the rubber seals were cracked or missing, the sunroof wouldn't fully close. Horrible car.

We had a great experience with Andy's. It was very convenient to pick up and drop off our rental at the East End office within walking distance of where we were staying. Our only complaint would be that the staff talked so quietly it was hard to understand exactly what they were saying. Thanks for a great rental Andy's!
